Intellectual PropertySure Update provides a digital infrastructure designed to facilitate the exchange of information between independent Sellers and Buyers. We operate strictly as a neutral venue. By using this platform, you acknowledge that Sure Update does not author, own, or create the specific "Updates" or digital assets listed by third-party users.
The platform utilizes an automated delivery system. Upon successful payment, access to the purchased content is granted immediately to the Buyer's account. Due to the intangible nature of digital information, all successful transactions are considered final and non-refundable once the asset has been accessed or revealed.
While we require Sellers to provide accurate descriptions, Sure Update does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or ongoing functionality of any information posted on the marketplace. All "Updates" are provided "as-is." The burden of verifying the suitability of an update rests solely on the Buyer prior to purchase.
In no event shall Sure Update, its administrators, or affiliates be held liable for any financial losses, legal implications, or damages arising from the use or inability to use information acquired via the platform. Users assume full legal and financial responsibility for their actions and the application of any intelligence purchased.
Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the purchased information. Unauthorized redistribution, reselling, or public broadcasting of content acquired through Sure Update is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
In the event of technical failure (e.g., a broken download link), Buyers may contact Support within 24 hours of purchase. Sure Update reserves the right to mediate disputes at its sole discretion, but is not obligated to provide compensation for information that does not meet a Buyer's personal expectations.
Your continued use of Sure Update constitutes a legally binding agreement to these terms. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time to reflect the evolving nature of our marketplace.
